Released in September 2020, The Tragedy of Complexity features original Christian songs by Chris Long exploring faith, struggle, redemption, and our dependence on God.
The Tragedy of Complexity is an acoustic album containing twelve songs, with guitar, keys, drums, and bass.
Released in April 2023, By His Name is a collaborative Christian album by Chris Long and producer/musician Lucas Diaz. The eight-song collection combines Christian rock and singer-songwriter influences with lyrics centered on salvation, grace, temptation, faith, and life in Christ.
Featuring the instrumental expertise of Lucas Diaz, By His Name spans several genres, and features Chris on harmonica. The album breaks from Chris’s acoustic sound and enters the realm of the electric guitar.
Chris Long has been writing songs for over 25 years. In 2017, he started using his talents to create for the Lord, shifting to writing exclusively Christian music.
